Pati AI (developer: Pati AI) provides users with the ability to request the deletion of their account and all personal data associated with their account.
How to Request Account Deletion
To request the deletion of your account, please follow the steps below:
Send an email from the email address registered to your Pati AI account.
Email patii.paws@gmail.com
Use the subject line: “Account and Data Deletion Request”
Once your request is received, it will be processed in accordance with the policy below.
Data That Will Be Deleted
Upon approval of your request, the following data will be permanently deleted within 30 days:
User account information
Pet profiles and related records
Health, nutrition, vaccination, and AI analysis data
Location-based listings and map-related data
Notification and device registration data
Rewards, level progression, and usage history
Data That May Be Retained
Certain data may be retained for a limited period due to legal or regulatory obligations:
Financial and transaction records (retained for up to 1 year, if applicable)
Records required to comply with legal requests or disputes
All retained data will be permanently deleted once the legally required retention period expires.
