END USER LICENSE AGREEMENT (EULA)

This End User License Agreement (“Agreement”) is a binding legal agreement between Pati Paws AI / YİĞİT BURAK YILDIRIM (“Licensor”) and you, the user (“User”), regarding the use of the Pati Paws AI mobile application.

1. LICENSE GRANT

Licensor grants you a revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to download, install, and use the Application solely for your personal, non-commercial purposes strictly in accordance with the terms of this Agreement.

2. USER-GENERATED CONTENT (UGC)

The Application allows users to post "Lost Pet Notices" and other content. You are solely responsible for the content you post.You may not post content that is unlawful, offensive, threatening, libelous, defamatory, or obscene. Licensor has the right, but not the obligation, to monitor and remove any content that violates these terms. Users can report offensive content or abusive users via the "Report" button within the app. Licensor will take action within 24 hours of a report.

3. LOST PET REWARDS - DISCLAIMER

The Application facilitates the posting of rewards for lost pets. Any reward offered is a private contract between the person posting the notice and the person finding the pet. Pati Paws AI is not a party to these reward agreements and is not responsible for the payment, non-payment, or any disputes arising from these rewards.

4. IN-APP PURCHASES & SUBSCRIPTIONS

Premium features are provided as a service. Payments are processed via Apple App Store or Google Play Store. Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. By purchasing a digital subscription, you request immediate performance and acknowledge that you will lose your right of withdrawal once the digital content is provided or the subscription begins. 

5. DISTANCE SALES TERMS & CANCELLATION

By purchasing a subscription, you enter into a distance sales contract with the Licensor for the delivery of digital content. The service is provided immediately upon successful payment. All prices are inclusive of applicable VAT and are managed by the App Store/Google Play. In accordance with EU Consumer Law, by clicking "Purchase" or "Subscribe," you expressly request the immediate start of the service and acknowledge that you waive your 14-day right of withdrawal once the digital content is accessed.

Since payments are processed by Apple or Google, all refund requests must be directed to their respective support channels. The Licensor does not have the authority to issue direct refunds for app store transactions.

6. LOCATION-BASED SERVICES AND AVAILABILITY

The Application provides location-based features to connect users with partner pet shops. You acknowledge that the availability of certain functionalities depends on your geographical location. If there are no partner pet shops within your current location or vicinity, the relevant functions of the Application will automatically be disabled or become unavailable.

The Licensor does not guarantee that the Application’s services will be available in all geographic areas at all times. We reserve the right to modify or terminate these location-based features without prior notice based on service availability.

To provide these features, the Application requires access to your device’s location data. The collection and processing of this data are subject to your explicit consent and our Privacy Policy.

7. TERMINATION

Licensor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to terminate your access to the Application and delete your account if you violate any terms of this EULA, especially by posting inappropriate content.

8. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Licensor shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of your use or inability to use the Application.

9. APPLE / GOOGLE MINIMUM TERMS 

You acknowledge that this Agreement is between you and Licensor only, and not with Apple, Inc. or Google, LLC. Licensor is solely responsible for the Application and its content.
